Initiative: He does not seek out work that is too difficult for himself to do and only takes on work that is achievable by his employees.
Management: He manages his staff such that they have a full understanding of the works at hand before so they can collaborate on jobs doing their very best work to hand over to the next person.
Stephen belief rests on himself: if he can understand and do the job only then will he pass it on to his employees for their input and completion, thereby enabling them to learn and build confidence.
Entrepreneurial: Stephen found the opportunity to learn and start a business and he was not afraid to take on the challenges of operating a business. He learnt early on that risks should not be barriers to doing business better.
He believes that failure and the fear of failure is not the end of the entrepreneurial journey, Rather, he allows failure to motivate him using it as a catalyst to refine his strategy and to keep going.
